The Cotswold Brewing Company is an award winning independent producer of Lager and Speciality Beers.  Based in the small hamlet of Foscot, Oxfordshire, the brewery is housed in an old Cotswold Stone farm building, part of a working farm estate.

The brewery was established in 2005 by Richard and Emma Keene, with the specific aim of brewing and supplying fine quality lager and beers to the local market. Inspiration came from continental Europe with its strong tradition of producing lager of the very highest quality in community based breweries. Richard has worked in the brewing industry for many years and has transferred his "Head Brewer" skills to their own business.

Both Richard and Emma are extremely passionate about the quality and taste of the lager beers they produce."We use only the very best ingredients available and our brewing practices are inspired by the german purity law of 1516, which means that our beers are preservative free and cold stored for at least 4 weeks.  We don't need to pasteurise our beer, which means that it is always fresh tasting, additive free and absolutely delicious!!"
